Ingredients
300 grams of fish tofu (available in most Asian supermarkets), cut into cubes
1 Bunch of Bok Choy
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
cooking oil
Procedure
1. Heat wok and then add cooking oil.
2. Saute garlic and onion.
3. Add fish tofu, bok choy and sauces.
4. Stir-fry ingredients until bok-choy is tender but still crunchy.
