Filipino Beef Steak


One of my favorite viand and my children too! It has a distinctive taste compared to other steaks. Truly a Filipino dish...








Ingredients:
1 kilo beef cut into pieces
4-5 tbsp soy sauce
4-5 tbsp lemon or calamansi juice
few drops of Worcestershire sauce
ground pepper
onions (sliced thinly or cut into rings)

Procedure:
1. Marinate beef in soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
2. Cook beef (include the sauce) until it is tender. Remove beef from pan.
3. Add oil and fry onions then add again the beef. Simmer for a few minutes.
