Anyway, yesterday was my eldest son's 10th birthday and as usual we have heaps of left-overs after the party! I'm glad that my right brain started working today. Since I have cooked plenty of rice yesterday I decided to make a fried rice for our lunch. It's not the usual fried rice with garlic it's something different (kaya nga I can consider myself creative today...hehehe).
Here's how I prepare the fried rice...
1. Fry some bacon (you can also use hotdogs or meatloaf if you do not have bacon) and scrambled eggs. Cut the bacon and eggs into pieces.
2. Fry the left-over rice for at least 5 minutes. Put 1 tbsp of soy sauce (for 3 cups of rice I used 2 tbsp of soy sauce). Add some salt and pepper then garnish it with bacon and scrambled eggs.
Note: You can also add some veggies like peas, beans, corn and carrots or add some shrimps.
